About Us
The Southern Fellowship of Woodworkers has 50 members, mostly serious amateurs, with a few professionals. Newcomers, of all levels of experience, are very welcome.
Aims
The aims are to foster an environment where members can exchange their views and experiences on all aspects of woodworking and to promote these aims via organised events.

rogramme
- There is a regular monthly meeting held throughout the year with the exception of December. From September to April on the fourth Thursday of each month we hold an indoor meeting at the Mytchett Community Centre, 140 Mytchett Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU16 6AA. From May to August there are monthly visits.
- In the winter, guest speakers give talks and demonstrations. Notable speakers have included Robert Ingham; Martin Grierson; Richard Williams; Andrew Crawford; Phillip Koomen; Matthew Burt; Ramon Weston; James Mursell; John Lloyd; Richard Elderton; James Ryan and Mark Ripley.
- In the summer we have visits to equipment suppliers, manufacturers, saw mills, museums, exhibitions, professional workshops but we also visit members’ workshops to see how they have set-up their equipment and view the projects that they have made.
