About Us

The Southern Fellowship of Woodworkers has 50 members, mostly serious amateurs, with a few professionals. Newcomers, of all levels of experience, are very welcome.

Aims

The aims are to foster an environment where members can exchange their views and experiences on all aspects of woodworking and to promote these aims via organised events.

  • In the summer we have visits to equipment suppliers, manufacturers, saw mills, museums, exhibitions, professional workshops but we also visit members’ workshops to see how they have set-up their equipment and view the projects that they have made.
